My contributions to this week, Winged Wednesday thread are photos of the Cinnamon teal. This very shy, plain-looking duck has spectacular wing colors. Many ducks run on the water to attain flight speed. Not so for the cinnamon teal, they explode off the water without warning. (I won't be around tonight or tomorrow morning so my post is earlier than usual)

It's all about the Cinamon teal's outrageous wing colors.
