Michael, you definitely captured good badlands! All are well captured, composed and edited images and thank you for sharing these today! I especially love the first image in B&W—wow! I like the second image of the B&W sky above the muted colors in the landscape below but with the bright colored foreground plants. (Is this an IR image?) Love the layers in the third image. Very nice. The fourth image, B&W, is another strong composition too. Very nice. I love your last image capturing all the tonal variations and subtle color shifts in the rocks with the very blue sky above. Again very nice. Thanks for sharing!I've had some good times in Bad Lands ...

Alan, a very beautiful collection you shared here today—and thank you for doing so. I especially favor the first two images—very nicely captured. And your third image captured in the evening is my favorite. I love the night sky—and stars above the beautifully desolate landscape below. Wonderful image! I also like the fourth image focusing on the very unique “mushroom” in this image. Nice. The last two images are also well composed and definitely depict badlands—but beautifully. Thanks again for sharing Alan.I found a few for this theme.

Jameel, good badlands you’ve captured! And thank you so much for sharing each of these wonderful images! The Death Valley image is my favorite of all your exceptional images. Very, very nice. Love the gorgeous sky—and its reflection below. Wonderful capture. I love the perspective in the wide angle image of Hanksville image. Very nice composition. Love all the details captured. The Bentonite Hills image is another perfect image and another favorite—love all the intricacies of mineral swirls. Wonderful and a definite favorite. The Skyline image is another well chosen composition too. Thank you for for sharing Jameel!Another nice topic John and some fantastic images so far. A few from my stash.
