Because of pesky clouds, I was only able to get about 5 hours. Better than nothing I guess, I like Jims rendition of M78 better

Hey Ed, I am glad you got it too! I think it's fun when multiple people image one object to see how each of us does it.
I like how you captured and controlled all of that dark and background nebulosity. You did a much better job on that then I did.
According to the weather report, it's supposed to be clear skies here in SoCal tonight, so I am thinking of setting my gear back up on my tiny patio and pointing it up through the muck of Bortle 9 skies....
