thanks ben. it didn't feel like a dungeon, it was the coolest place in the whole park since it was in the shade and catching the wind. the rest of the place was sweltering.Looks like a dungeon. Welel suited to B&W

thanks jim. though i think you can find similar forts in other states. i have family in florida, or i wouldn't go. way too hot and way too many tourists. i had to wait a few minutes for a family or two to leave to get some of my shots, but for the most part it wasn't that crowded. the park didn't mind me setting up a tripod in the fort.This might be the only reason I would want to go back to Florida.... What a super cool place! The B&W processing is perfect.
Was it hard to get these shots without people in them?
no, this was as far northeast as you can get in florida. fernandina beach.Love the Contrasting Tones and Details , really neat to see the architecture.
Is that the Fort that's down by Pensacola ???
