Nice result - I always struggle with that feature because I'm never sure exactly how the settings control the steps.
Great image. I tried it once on a still subject, waiting for some blooms to try a flower

Good level of detail for this subject. Does the R5 determine the focal point increments for the stack?

you can choose a increment = small to large

I played around with the settings - number of frames and the spread of increments - I landed on a a set I liked but I still get a lot of frames toward the end that are not used - still refining the settings

I'll tell you what, the center of the flower looks superb....the whole shot looks great.

As to the stacking feature, I wish they had done it differently. A more predictable way would be to define the near most point, the farthest point and number of shots. Even better it can calculate that itself and give you that many exposures. The way it is currently it allows a starting point and the number of exposures. It can either get too few or too many at times.

Nice work, great you have that option, I wish my Sony did. does it also save all the RAW files so you can do your own stacking in post if the in-camera isn't too your liking?
