Almost Forgotten

Taken at a cemetery near the city, which is a in a great state of disrepair. It houses many African Americans from the area, due to segregation issues at the time. Thankfully it has recently gone clean-up and repair work lately, which hopefully will restore this place of rest to glory and allow its inhabitants to rest peacefully.

Thanks for looking!

Super cool Jeff! The cracked tombstone sure gives this image the chills and adds quite the mood to this one.

Nice to hear it is not entirely abandoned. I like the look the IR/B&W gives this scene.
Very nice IR image, @beavens ! What IR filter did you use?

Great imaging, Jeff. I like that you included a good amount of the cemetery as well.

I never up to this point have liked or commented on an IR photo with graves in it, just not my thing at all. But with this image I can't deny the exquisite composition. great job!
