Nikon D200 + 28-70mm

Thanks all for your comments. Was there for 3 days way back in 2007. Every sunrise was different. Was new to landscape photography. All images were shot with the Nikon 200 + 28-70mm f2.8.

Phenomenal lighting & composition.

This seems to be common on small boats. When we are on an 8-day cruise in the Galapagos, the ship had 40 passengers (3 levels), 32 crew members and 5 naturalists.

Shot this way back in April 2007 and EXIF data says the image was shot at 6:24 AM. The sun seems to be to my left behind me. I am curious to know if this is Merrick or Mitchell Butte. ChatGPT says it is Merrick but Perplexity says it is the West Mitten. There are lots of Utah/Arizona landscape...

@JimFox Long Pine Key is inside Everglades NP.

Just after sunrise at Long Pine Key campground next to the amphitheater. The pine trees are in a small island. You shoot from the opposite side at sunset.

Ha. The swamp is now a savanna as the water has been siphoned off to water the golf courses in Naples & Miami ;):p:)

Yes @Jameel Hyder - I darked in the background in LR (Inverted the Subject Mask) and brought the exposure slider to 0. Good comment about the leg. I felt the same after the edit but I got distracted and forgot to fix it. Will fix it tomorrow.
