From my trip last month, as I drove through DV, you know I couldn't resist stopping here for a shot or three.
This is actually a hand-held 5 shot pano, making a huge file!
I hope, at this size, you're able to see the dust storm blowing through the main valley, as well as all the colors prevalent in the whole park.

Almost looks like there are two dust storms but that may be an artifact of this many frames in the pano. The one on the right out over the valley is certainly clear.

Hand held 5 shot pano?? :eek: Why didn't you have your tripod out?? My camera not mounted on my tripod feels naked in my hand and not ready to shoot anything.

Thanks, Alan! Yeah, I just made a quick stop there and hadn't planned to do a pano but when I got up to the point, well, you know!
The haziness on the left, if that's what you're referring to, I think is as much distance haze to Telescope Peak as it is dust.

Nice view Barry. Foreground looks a little too light.
