Looking to get up Yosemite Valley in hopes of some color. Probably would be going up on Nov 9th early, leaving the 10th, late.

Has anybody seen any forecasts of colour??

    Thanks
    Dan

Better go now Dan. That’s too late for fall color. Kyle is there now and should post an update.

Jim, thanks for the quick response. I would have gone sooner but family obligations had me pinned down.
I'll see what Kyle has to offer.

Yeah, I am heading up there tomorrow. Everything has turned from what I have seen now, and they are gold. So I can't imagine the color still being there 2 weeks from now.

From what I saw there is lots of great color now. The area around fern springs is gorgeous with lots of yellow. Trees further from the water are burnt. It looks like the trees near housekeeping camp are about a week away. I wouldn't expect to see much in 2 weeks.

This was near El Capitan meadow.

Kyle, looking over the archives, I have gotten remnants of color as late as mid Nov. I guess it depends on the year.
I may go anyway as the water reflections seem to be favorable.

You'll definitely find good scenes. The park is beautiful right now.
