Wind River Range

    i am not 100% positive, but I think this is part of the Wind River Range in Wyoming from a couple of days ago on the way to the Tetons.

    Taken with the Sony A6400 and edited with the iPhone.

    Nice scene.

    Does your Sony have GPS? That would allow you to pinpoint your image location.

    looks a lot like the breccia cliffs on us 26/rams horn rd, my favorite way to the tetons. gorgeous scene, you're making me jealous!

    Sure looks like the Winds to me, very nice image you got here Jim.

    Not sure where this is, but don't think it's the Winds which are all granite on the west side, with some limestone escarpments on the east, but not easily seen from the road.

    Most of the peaks in the Winds are so far in, you won't see them from the road as more than a very distant view. And, as Jim Dockery noted, they're granite.
