While looking for waterfall images I came across this previously unprocessed image. On Skye there are 2 ranges of mountains called the Cuillin the Red Cuillin to the left of this image and the Black Cuillin to the right hidden in the low cloud. Although they just top 3,000 ft they are definitely mountains and need to be treated with respect, not an afternoon stroll. _DSC4469-2 latest fb.jpg Comments welcomed Ken

Neat looking scene. The stone bridge and walls leaves a nice reminder of the history in this region.

Nice Ken, I love these old world scenes that are so unlike what we have over here.

Very nice Ken! I sure like this scene. I grew up in Minnesota where we had nothing but hills that maybe only gained 100 or 200 feet elevation at most, or so it seemed. Coming to California and spending time in Colorado where Mountains are routinely 10,000' and up, so it does always sound funny or odd when 3000' elevation mountains are mentioned as relatively they sound more like a hill to what we have. But I do know enough that despite the lack of elevation there are definitely dangers to be wary of there still.
