    Here is another from yesterdays trip. I had a dead tree in the frame that I had to clone out and I moved to eliminate it in this shot.

    I also wanted to incorporate these gnarled oaks in the frame, not sure it worked as they are pretty small in the frame.

    The oaks down in front don't really seem to add all that much to the scene. It's a nice shot but I think I prefer the first image you posted from here.

    Thanks Alan. Next time I will try getting in front of the oaks. But I think the road up here will quickly become visible.

    Hey Ben, that light on the peaks is sure cool. I do think that you need to get closer to the oaks.

    One thing that I don’t quite care for is the hole in the sky with the blue showing. It feels distracting. I don’t think you can crop it out to break up that circle in the sky either.
