I'm new to this site and I feel it needs a tad of a back story. I spent a couple of days recently in Colorado shooting with Dean and Bart. Forum members. Having never been there I was completely at their mercy. Both playing tour guide as to where we going to shoot and that was perfectly fine by me. As we traveled around I learned about this site and a guy named Jim. I had heard about this forum before shooting with Dean. Later that day standing in a creek in some area I'm still not sure where, in a forest with a name I can't pronounce a woman came and scurried down to shoot with us. Unbeknownst to me when I returned back downstream Alisa the scurrier ( not sure that's really a word) Bart and Dean all knew each other from this site. Which in a way is interesting all in its self. We all spent that evening shooting Castle Rock together and hanging out afterwards. Very cool. The next morning, the day I'm to leave, I return to the apartment and low and behold Jim is there. He politely threaten to stop my plane from taking off if I didn't join. I needed to get home and here I am. Oh by the way, I traveled all that way with all this amazing scenery and the first picture I'm sharing is of a tree. Actually 2 Aspens. I always like shots like this. A spot of color, an object different than the rest of the image or to me at least it tells a story. Thanks.
