Spending the night at the hospital

    I am glad to hear that you are doing better and I understand about getting back to where you were before. I remember vividly my catheter days and hope they never return. Hang in their buddy. I am thinking about you.

    Thanks Douglas. I took the catheter out this morning and other than frequency I am doing great.

    3 years ago I could bench press 165. I had rotatory cuff surgery and had to knock off for a year. Just before this last procedure I was back up to 135. Now i have to knock off for 4 weeks, but I hope to get back to 135 in a couple weeks.

    Because of the shoulder, I never expect to get back to 165, but 150 would be nice.
