    I like the scene in the first one but then I scrolled down and my attention was hijacked by the neat contrasts and light in the second one.

    The first one feels very realistic for light/color when I isolate it from the second image on on my screen but I keep wanting to bring up the whites just a bit.

    Alan: I can see what you're saying about about the white point when comparing to #2. They don't really play nice together, but are fine individually.

    Both are special, but the 2nd is a great minimalist capture that works on numerous levels!
