I shot the Tulip Nebula (sharpless 101) over a two night period this weekend. I was hoping to get at least 8 hours of data, but clouds were a problem last night, so I only got 5 hours total integration. After a quick edit today, here is what I got. I am not sure I like this edit and I may try to re-edit the image when I collect more data. The Tulip Nebula is 6,000 light years away and spans about 70 light years across!
