It's that time, the New Moon is about here, the Milky Way really gives us a show. For me, the Milky Way is preferable right after the New Moon until it gets back to about 50%.

Here in California I am thinking about heading to Anza Borrego Springs or Joshua Tree on Tues or Wed April 9 or 10th. Also I may swing up to Death Valley after that.

Anyone else with plans here in SoCal? It would be great to meet up and shoot together.

Anyone not in SoCal but is going to be out shooting the Milky Way, please share that info. :)

I am heading to Joshua Tree (Friday 4/12) to shoot the last gasp of this months Milky Way. If anyone else is going to be out there give me a holler.
