#1 Leaves on the Dance Floor
#2 Breakthrough Light
Love the boogie trees. Are they at the bottom of an avalanche slope?
I am with Jim here - the twisted aspen trunks are a really unique take on a well worn compositional formula. Great colors in both of these images.
Two great images, I hate to think how many times I have camped there, it's a place I just love.
Very cool work Tim! I love the near and far of the 2 photos.
Thanks for commenting everyone! Jim D: It would certainly make sense for them to be in an avalanche zone, but you can see the trees in #2 right in the gap between the yellow bushes. Snow might very well have warped this bunch when they were saplings.
Dancing trees, that is great!
I like both!
Real nice, Tim! I especially like the first image. I might play with burning down that bright background area in the upper portion to keep the focus on those intriguing aspen trunks.
Both are nice, 1st is particularly special! Love your take on what you saw as well - too funny!
