    We had to tread carefully on this icy trail. These are all iPhone 11 shots converted with Silver FX.

    These make beautiful abstracts. I like the whole set but especially #3. Nicely seen.

    Thanks for the comments guys. I normally carry micro-spikes on icy days hiking, but didn't because it had been dry for a long time and I didn't think we'd need them. I'd never done this trail and didn't realize it had many stream crossings, and places where those streams flow out along the trail quite a bit. We were ok if we went slow, and looked for dry rocks poking up to step on.
