Maybe venture out to Colorado next fall? The Eastern Sierra can have awesome fall colors, but they are limited to specific places, so much so that Bishop has a Fall Color Map pin pointing all 10 or 12 locations. So I know after a while it can get old. That's why my shooting the Fall Colors in Colorado over the last 6 or 7 years has been really awesome for me. And what's great when it's a whole states worth of color, when I start to get a little bored with one area, there are 30 or 40 more area's to start exploring and shooting. With that said, I would sure hanker for some East Coast colors myself. Maybe not next year, but perhaps the year after.
