Cracked is from my Naturally Abstract collection and composed at Hopeland Gardens in Aiken, SC. It is also the first image in a sub-collection that I refer to as Stump Art. I liked the dried, abstract patterns and the nearly grayscale color palette.

Stump art - I like your description :) As a woodworker I run away from pieces showing this level of cracking but it does make a compelling pattern.

Thank you both for looking and commenting. I'll post more Stump Art in the future. :)
