We had snow predicted for Thursday, so I had planned on going during the day and spend the night up there with hopes of getting great shots with lots of atmosphere. Unfortunately the snow moved in on Wednesday night. I still went up Thursday and got some shots with clouds and a little snow, not quite what I had hoped. Slept in my truck bed in 11 degree temps, lucky to have had and excellent sleeping bag (a little ice on it in the morning).

Gorgeous, but 10 degrees. My sleeping bag is also warm but the cold air I have to breath keeps me awake all night

Definitely a bit chilly for my tastes but I sure like what you got for images. I like the whole set but #3 and #4 stand out for my eyes with the neat side lighting up on the rocky slopes. Tasty sunrise too.

I like the low viewpoint in #2, but #4 is my favorite!

Very cool, or should I say very cold Amy!

A really cool series of shots. I agree I like #2 a lot, but I think #4 and 5 are my favorites.

Brrr! And I was complaining about 21 degrees! #4 & 5 are my favorites.

Good on ya sleeping out in those temps (no shell or tent?), it was worth it. I like #4
