You get near this place by driving down Cow Dung Road. Strangely, there was no cow dung there at all. But there was this unusually fascinating area, and it photographed up a bit nicer than a pile of cowshit. Factory Butte is in the background. Phantom 4 Pro.

Jeffrey, this is just plain awesome, only possible with a drone or some other airborne camera.

sweetness! That factory butte is huge...it doesn't look like it..but that thing is visible from miles away..i almost slammed my drone into the wall trying to go over the top.
This looks like the area i've been trying to find. Did you get any without the direct light?

Super cool Jeffrey. Love how it looks like waves of color down below. It's amazing, almost like someone painted it or swirled it to get those cool patterns.

The patterns as visible from above are simply jaw dropping. Wonderful view.

Thanks, Sunny, I believe this scene was under some cloud cover. Enough to eliminate most all shadows.

This whole area is about to get ruined as BLM has opened it up for Off-Road activities.
