This is really awesome! It may be your best video yet as I like the mix of views from your drone and then the down on the ground clips. Very enjoyable!

Very nicely done Jim. I like the combination of the GoPro and the drone footage.

That's much heavier snow than I was used to skiing when I was an active skier in Utah.

Jim D. you make the most impressive videos, I love watching them. The scenery is gorgeous, camera control is excellent and subject matter outstanding. I am truly a fan.

Thanks for the comments guys, Jeff has been working hard on his videos the last couple years (one way to get pro-deals as an influencer). Don't think he'd be interested in this forum though - ski video is pretty much his only thing. I was a little reluctant to share this since he uses commercial music, but decided that is on him (he hasn't gotten in trouble yet).

I really enjoyed that, Jim. Excuse my newbeeness, but you guys have to climb to the top of that mountain carrying gear for just one ride down?

Jeffrey & Dean: Yes, we do hike all the way up there, and it is pretty remote, esp. in the winter (it's a much easier spring route once the road opens). We were the only ones up in that area, and I doubt it had been done yet this winter . It's nice having a fit young partner to break trail all the way! We had to gain a bit over 4,000 ft. to get to the summit, and it kicked my butt. Avy danger was quite moderate since we hadn't gotten any new snow in over a week, and cold temps kept it frozen in place. We always wear transceivers and carry shovels and probes in any case. Luckily I've never had to use that gear to dig a partner out.
