Sounds good. I just didn't want to explain or share locations when we are there like you have never been there then if you had been there.I was there about four years ago with my wife. I had a sedan and was limited where I could go. This time I will have my truck which can go almost anywhere
Interesting. That's similar to Yosemite.Yep and on into November at lower elevations and depending on rain and wind.
Is that supposed to be funny? Because it is!Sounds good. I just didn't want to explain or share locations when we are there like you have never been there then if you had been there.
Sorry to hear about your knee, Alan. Hope it's something that can be (at least partially) fixed. Glad to know you have tons of locations close to you.Not sure I am going to be doing any marathon driving this fall at the moment. My current plans are to stay within a one day drive from Vancouver in any given direction. 6-7 hour driving days are not fun at all for me anymore and I can't really grip a camera with my right hand after a day of driving like that. I have no shortage of target locations to shoot within a day of Vancouver.
I'd like to start my fall out along the coast in a couple of weeks but I have been having knee problems over the last few weeks. I just had an MRI scan Thursday and have an appointment on Tuesday to find out what the prognosis is. Right now I can't run/walk/hike at all.
Chondromalacia patella. Knee brace and PT for the next 6 weeks. I will try to sneak in some short trips in between PT sessions.Sorry to hear about your knee, Alan. Hope it's something that can be (at least partially) fixed. Glad to know you have tons of locations close to you.
I was born funny Jeffrey... funny looking that is...Is that supposed to be funny? Because it is!
Not so bad -- annoying and painful, but surgery not required.Chondromalacia patella. Knee brace and PT for the next 6 weeks. I will try to sneak in some short trips in between PT sessions.
Correct - but it threw a wrench into my plans for fall leaves. Not so bad -- annoying and painful, but surgery not required.
Absolutely, How about CR7 and/or Courhouse/owl creek?Awesome Shibu! That makes 3 of us at that time then. We can pick a time or two to shoot together, and of course we need to get Chinese food in Ridgway!
That seems horribly early! For Colorado, although I think these predictions might be a little early.

These are the best projections available based on a number of factors, including peak observation trends, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) historical temperatures, NOAA historical precipitation, NOAA forecast temperatures, NOAA forecast precipitation, and historical leaf peak trends. Is this based on forecasts from this years weather or from historical data?
I will keep you up dated to what I'm seeing. That seems horribly early!
You are our eye in the storm Amy! I am hoping you can make trips down to the Dallas Divide every 5 days or so and give us updates.
You... are awesome!!!!I will keep you up dated to what I'm seeing.
