Finding Grace pt II

Apparently, I exceeded the limits for photos/post, so I'll continue here

The next morning was spent exploring Lundy Canyon. It looked like there had been a flash flood through there and I ended up losing the trail, but not until after these waterfalls.


The smoke was getting bad enough at night that it gave me a headache as soon as I took the dog out for her evening walk. It was time to head up to Bend, OR for Thanksgiving with my newly re-bonded “family”.

The trip has been wonderful for re-centering, finding peace & focus (well, still working on that last part). Photography works hand-in-hand with that as those are the same elements that I find essential in finding and creating compositions.

Hey Monika, thanks for adding these last ones on. I do really like that first one from Lundy Canyon. I haven't been back in there in a while, but I had heard the trail was a bit crazy in spots now.

Yes, they're working on the trail in Lundy Canyon, but haven't finished. After many dead-ends, I finally gave up & turned around.
