Southern Paiute 27th Veterans Pow Wow

I just love the movement & the colors of the Pow Wow, not to mention the great energy you get from it. The people are so very loving & friendly, and it really shows at the Pow Wow. I do find it challenging to shoot with all the business of the background

Fun set Darcy - the backgrounds are a bit busy but it doesn't look like a lot of room for isolating your subjects. The last two images do a good job with isolating the subject and look nice.

#2 is so awesome! My favorite of all of these so far.

In #1, use the Highlight Recovery tool and just pull back ever so slightly on the highlights.

As a side note, it's too bad they had to use such large tags on the dancers. It's too bad they couldn't have something that was a little less conspicuous.
