Hey there Ben. I'd love to go visit. So here's my literary visit instead. Hey, at least you're in the hospital and not in Blue Canyon with your arm stuck between a rock and the canyon wall. And at least there's a beautiful nurse waking you up every 10 minutes to poke you and take your temp.

Seriously, though. I hope everything is good and you'll be out right after breakfast for some real food.

My best wishes. Keep us posted when you're out.

My wife is bringing a charger
You wife is awesome Ben! Otherwise I was about to start driving, I could have gotten you a phone charger by morning. :)

I hope everything goes well, and the Dr's and Nurses get everything under control for you. We are here for you.

And if you get bored there, start taking some abstract photos with your iPhone and then play with some crazy processing and post them here for something different.

Ben, if the hospital meal is "not bad", you need more medication ! : )

It's bedtime here, so I'll check with you in the morning. Have a good night.

I was lucky the cafe was closed so the nurse raided their snacks and I got my favorite yogurt plus some Lorna dunes

Starting to clear up I hope to go home later today. As you can see I am wide awake at 3:00 am. Feeling good though

Hey Ben ! Lorna Dunes, haven't tried those in a long time. No wonder you're up at 3:00. Good morning and good day. Good to hear you're coming home today.

I heard from Jim this afternoon and just wanted to check in and wish you the best and a speedy recovery. I hope you are safe and sound this morning and are now resting comfortably at home. :)

Thanks Douglas, I am home and taking it easy. The bad part is I have to halt my physical exercise for 3-4 weeks and I will lose lots of ground and at our age, it's hard to get back to where you were.

I am doing fine, not mush pain, but hauling a catheter equipped bag is not much fun.
