Winter Snowstorm at Grand Canyon

It has been at 100 or more degrees here for quite a while so I decided to post a winter scene at the Grand Canyon to cool off a bit.

I'm where it's in the low 80's and that looks refreshing! Reminds me of backpacking in the Grand in mid-late Fall, being balmy at the interior Canyon, then coming out to 6" of snow on the rim. Really a wonderful balance of warm & cool colors with natural framing of white (snow & clouds). Nice job, Doug!

Beautiful job Douglas. It would really be fun to be at the Grand canyon in winter for a scene like this. And it is not just one of those dustings, but a decent amount of snow.

oh...we need some moister here in Colorado! Put some of these fires out! This is nice I like the contrast with the snow!
