Tonight's Delight

This is hot off the presses! Sunset tonight just outside Crested Butte Colorado, the Wildflower Capitol of the World! No wildflowers tonight, those will be tomorrow.

I pulled out the DJI Mini 2 for this as I wanted a little elevation to see the road better.

Just some quick basic editing.

Interesting to think about our time differences - I am just about to go outside to shoot the sunset here. Hard to go wrong with a winding trail leading off into the cloud color show. Neat scene.

Yeah the time difference is weird sometimes to think about.

Yeah, it was almost a surprise sunset. There has been clouds over that peak about 30 mins before sunset. But they blew off. So it was totally clear. But then some clouds developed over a ridge to the left and then moved to the right over the peak just in the nick of time!

It seems you can even see a slight pink coloration reflected on the pavement. It is a really beautiful shot Jim.
I specialize in chopping the tops off the mountains but you have avoided that!!
