The Recipe #33 - Activities

Shooting action isn't something I do a lot unless you count falling water but I have occasionally done some.

Westport Washington with some nice swells coming in ahead of a storm:

That’s a good one Alan! When I saw the theme, I immediately started to wonder just what kind of activities we would see since the majority of us here are Landscape photographers and activity is something we tend to avoid.

That’s a good one Alan! When I saw the theme, I immediately started to wonder just what kind of activities we would see since the majority of us here are Landscape photographers and activity is something we tend to avoid.

My activity in this case consisted of panning my lens. Solid gray skies that day and I was bored so I went out to shoot the waves. Turned out the local surfers were out in numbers because of the swells so I shot the surfers instead
