True - but I don't own any camping gear at all so would have to either stay in Hite Crossing or Hanksville.Alan, your Tacoma would get here with a few simple mods.
Thanks JimNice shot Ben.
We don't really camp, we just sleep in our vehicles and eat simple. I have a Colman stove which is available to all.True - but I don't own any camping gear at all so would have to either stay in Hite Crossing or Hanksville.
I love that terrain, that's why I want to go back and stay longer at each location, one day here does not work, you end up drvining all day, getting one sunset one sunrise and then drive all day to the next spot.Super cool Ben! I like how the ground looks like molten chocolate just rippling out like it just got poured out.
I agree, it's amazing terrain.Fabulous image Ben. That terrain is just something else.
Do you have a cab for your truck? Just throw a mattress back there!True - but I don't own any camping gear at all so would have to either stay in Hite Crossing or Hanksville.
Nope - I bought the truck to haul lumber and play (camera, bicycling, canoe) in the Pacific NW on mostly day trips. My overnight+ travel for the last 6 years has been in a 25' motorhome. The motorhome is wonderful for multi week travel but is not suited for off pavement driving beyond well graded gravel.Do you have a cab for your truck? Just throw a mattress back there!
Thanks Amy this is a wonderland of shapes and colors.Do you have a cab for your truck? Just throw a mattress back there!
This is a wonderful landscape, Ben. The sun rising over this scene must be amazing to experience. Queue the Lion King soundtrack![]()
