Neat subject, I have been gone all week so I am late. But last night while still in the Needles district of Canyonlands NP, I saw and amazing cloud, and grabbed a cell phone shot just for this thread. But alas, IO have no clue how to get the image to my computer, so I will show another from this trip.

This was taken from the Horse Hoof Camp ground which is 10 miles from the Elephant Hill trailhead and a 10 hour drive at my skill level so 1 MPH.

So very nice—a beautiful landscape and I’m sure memory as well.

Cool shot with a very nice sunset. I could easily be wrong but I believe that those are altostratus clouds.
