Last Day in Summerland

A fitting last day in Summerland with the weather changing from cloudless sunny days to rain showers and colder temps. The clouds made for some nice beach memories and a small rainbow as the cherry on top. It's been a wonderful three weeks and I am already planning my return. Tomorrow morning we start the trek back to 20" of Minnesota snow.

Wow Bob! It's been 3 weeks already? It seems like you just got there last week. Man, time is flying fast!

What a great way to end it with those clouds.

Your foot print image in #1, is such a classic image. For me, they never get old even though I have been seeing and capturing them for 40 years. I don't usually go out of my way to capture them anymore, but when I spot them I will set up a shot to shoot them.

#3 is my next favorite. Love that open beach with the clean sand and the look of the clouds. And I would take #4 as my 3rd place prize. :)

Where are you going now? Traffic is a mess, I have postponed my driving to Colorado a couple of days because I just don't want to sit driving for hours on end at 2mph on a freeway.

Love the first one, but just slightly more than the rest. That rock next to the footprints makes it.

wow! stunning sunset series. love the footsteps through the sand. gorgeous beach scenes.
