Here is a close up of a male Grackle and a female. I was suprised to learn they were the same bird, I had to look it up when I got home.

I like the iridescent sheen on the male grackle's feathers. The differences in gender are pretty drastic but that's not at all uncommon.
Two beautiful images, great detail and I love the poses.
Nice pair of images Joe. You handled the exposure on the first nicely.
