Thanks Jameel - I used Facerock to block the sun so I could shoot the rest of the scene since the sun hadn't really gone down yet but the light and clouds otherwise looked great.
Thanks Jim - the first time I heard a weather forecaster talking about the eastern Pacific it threw me for a loop but then it sank in that I was used to thinking about east and west on the land and not from the perspective of out over the water. I decided to see who else might get tripped up over that perspective and it workedI love the image Alan. You did have me scratching my head wondering if you had take a trip to Japan when I saw the title.
