I visited my dad over the weekend in Mendocino county and we started the day with a hike along the Stornetta coastline just south of Point Arena (you can see the lighthouse in the background). I always end up gravitating to this spot as I like the elements in the scene. The sunrise wasn't great...

I love this stretch of coastline in Point Arena and made my way out there early last Saturday hoping for some nice sunrise light. There are three arches in a row here, and from a spot a little to my left you can see through all of them, but I like this view filling the foreground with this rock...
