My wife and I had never been to this beach in southern Oregon before our recent trip. Nice place, not many people, and supposed to be good for finding agates (Debbie found one). Mid morning light led me to convert to B&W.

I had stopped to shoot the glistening water as we drove from the beach to have dinner in Bandon when this bird flew by and I luckily included it.

Cape Kiwanda is my favorite spot on the Oregon Coast . The sandstone formation doesn't look special from the beach - you have to hike up onto it to find the cool stuff. We spent a couple days here, these are from our first night. I was lucky to have it to myself on this mid-week evening.

I've posted more over in the B&W forum. I had the beach almost to myself for a couple hours last week.

This didn't look like much in Bridge, my A7r2 exposed right made the sky look blown, but some heavy PP brought out the clouds.

I was lucky to have the beach to myself for a while at sunset a few years ago.

One of my favorite spots on the Oregon coast.

I don't do high key much, but this foggy day lent itself to it, especially in B&W.
