mendocino

The town of Elk on the Mendocino Coast has several nice viewpoints. I decided to try my luck at this point for sunrise yesterday. I would have liked to get closer to the edge, but it's fenced off. Still a nice scene. Any thoughts are welcome.

There is a grove of these twisted redwoods North of Mendocino near the Lost Coast. I'd never seen anything like them. I tried capturing one of the more interesting trees with some atmosphere.
