Detail on the maple tree next to my deck. The color has changed dramatically this week as wind and rain knocked most of the leaves off.

I already posted a view of a maple from my deck. Here are two more of that tree, this time taken with my iPhone from the ground in the backyard.

I love the tree house view from our back deck, esp. in the fall when this maple turns.

A couple shots today on a wet overcast morning of my favorite tree in my yard. I just added a full shot of the tree:

They seem to be esp. vibrant this year, but not sure if that's just because we are at home and seeing them every day right outside our dinning room window. It will be interesting to see how long the color show lasts.

I took this last month, but just now took the time to process it. The background bokeh was pretty harsh so I took the time to select the leaves, copy and paste them as a separate layer, then blur the background with a number of filters, then finally resize, and sharpen just the leaf layer.

The Portland Japanese Gardens gets totally exposed with umpteen bazillion shots, this shot was taken "off path" with permission more or less, then of course, pushed to it's limits. Hopefully it works for you on your screen. C&C ZWelcome
