Came across this nice looking Grizzly along the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier on Tuesday morning. Any thoughts are welcome 1) A bear among the flowers 2) On the move 3) Through the trees 4) On the road again (I don't love shots on the road, but it is the clearest view of the bear)

I just returned from Katmai National Park and have a lot of photos to go through, so expect to see a lot of bears over the next few weeks. This bear was hanging out on the top of Brooks Falls and managed to nab a salmon.

Although mom had already moved on, her cub stopped for a few seconds giving me a chance to grab some shots while hiding behind my car. Any thoughts are welcome

Sub-adult grizzly in Grand Teton National Park near Two Ocean Lake

We came upon this grizzly (the ranger said he was likely a "sub adult") near Two Ocean Lake on Sunday. My heart rate did rise when he turned and started heading in our direction...

I spent some time watching a momma grizzly and her cub in Yellowstone a few years ago. I just love how well she respected the "keep off" sign. Any thoughts are welcome.
