Well the Dog Days of Winter made me look for some Dogwood Photos. Here is one from Yosemite from 2013. It's not in the Valley itself, but is in the National Park on the drive.

From a couple of months ago I guess now, this is in Yosemite and I was working the backlit dogwoods along the Merced. I found a spot where the river would splish and splash once in a while, so I was timing my shots to get some cool splashes. This kind of reminds me of the 4th of July Sparklers...

When I made my little Death Valley to Yosemite loop last week I knew the Dogwoods were past peak, but I figured that was okay because it only helped give the Dogwoods some character and plus as long as the leaves haven't grown so large that they have suffocated the blooms I think it still looks...
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
