A family boxer that was adopted a few years ago after the loss of the previous boxer.

Yellow lab. She went blind about 3 years before her final days and got around the yard fine with verbal commands.

An English springer spaniel that was going to be euthanized due to hyperactivity in a family with a newborn child. One week after he came into my care, with exercise and training, he was a most wonderful pet dog. (Such a sad, but all too common story with animals)

My 13 year companion Newfoundland who passed 2/2020 was a very smart, accomplished dog and had excellent instincts in knowing when to fall back or stay still when I came across a bird or animal to photograph.

Another shot from Long Beach California that I took with Dave (Thorhammer) a few weeks back. Looking back it was a rich environment we went into. I know I came back with a treasure trove of photos. Jim
