Flame On is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at Hopeland Gardens in Aiken, SC. While it was created using a macro lens, it's not technically a macro image (but it is abstract).

Dew Veil is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at the Rye Patch in Aiken, SC. I was struck by how I could see the leaves underneath the web while at the same time the drops of dew created a mask over them. It was a curious effect and almost felt as if I was looking at...

Ear Drops is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at Hopeland Gardens in Aiken, SC. This is dew on lambs ear. I loved how the drops act like little magnifying glasses.

I set up my camera to do a time-lapse on top of Mt. Pilchuck this week. I'm afraid the heavy dew obscured most of the pictures, but did lead to an interesting effect on the rising moon.
