The Black Church of Budir ~ Iceland It seems like a Good Day to post this from the archives. The Black Church of Budir. I was in Iceland for eleven days with my buddy Alton Vance in 2015. Iceland is like Disneyland for landscape photographers. It was a grand adventure!

When we arrived at this site, the skies were flat an not interesting. However, with most scenes in Iceland, hang out for a while and the weather is likely to change. We were rewarded with some contrast in the skies to which a long exposure worked well directionally to give rays of light.
