This was from a cloudy, December evening at Second Beach. I liked this stack and the trees on it and looked for a spot where I could get some reflections in a tide pool. Any thoughts are welcome.

I like that you did get the reflection and the water was at the right height to not leave exposed sand covered with footprints. These are nice conditions for that beach on a December evening.

I tried for a very similar shot a couple of years back from this same spot but had patchy puddles and far too many footprints to ever be able to work with the image.

    Hey Kyle,

The hint of color in the sky is sure nice. I like the reflection too and I am also always on the lookout in places like the PNW coast for reflection of the sea stacks.

That's a nice reflection. The clouds almost look like forest fire smoke.

Nice one Kyle. Doesn't look like a typical winter sky.

I like this - reminds me of Chinese paintings. So.... I had to see how it would look in B&W. Just a "quick & dirty" version - I'd probably pull out more detail in the sky if it were mine. Hope you forgive the liberty.

Nice shot, and good candidate for a B&W conversion - that would have been my comment if Monkia hadn't beaten me to it.

Very nice indeed, I also like Monika's rendition.

In the original, the reds are a nice touch to the foreground. Well done.
